Our sourcing comes from partners providing superior Colombia Supremo beans. This higher grade arabica bean is one of our favorites. Colombian coffees can have heavy notes of chocolate and nuts, or lighter fruit and floral notes and typically much higher in acidity - depending on where it’s grown.
